Southern Cross Easy-claim is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form.

Remember to bring your Southern Cross Member card, app or membership number with you to the appointment, as proof of membership.

How To Use Easy-claim

If you're a Southern Cross member, simply present your Southern Cross Membership Card to reception, when you are paying for eligible treatments and services.

If your plan covers the treatment or service and it qualifies, Southern Cross will reimburse the claim directly and you’ll only pay any remaining contribution you’re responsible for, so you don’t have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for a refund.
