• Scheduling: To take advantage of the complimentary cleaning, patients must schedule their hygiene session in advance. Appointment availability is subject to our clinic's scheduling capacity and operating hours. We recommend scheduling as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your complimentary hygiene cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the complimentary service.
• No Cash Value: The complimentary hygiene cleaning offer cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Procedure Requirements: Patients must comply with all pre-implantation instructions and requirements as advised by their dental professional to ensure the success of their dental implant procedure.
