HOW DO I MAKE A ZIP PAYMENT AT MY APPOINTMENT?

Let our staff know prior to your appointment that you wish to use ZIP as your payment method.

To make a payment with ZIP, you can download the ZIP mobile app (available on apple or android) or log-in/create an account on the website.

You then simply navigate to “in-store” and create an in-store code which is shown to staff to process the amount charged or (spend up to your available balance- ZIP approved)

IS THERE REALLY NO INTEREST AND NO ADDITIONAL FEES?

Yes That’s correct! As long as you pay your scheduled payments on time you will only pay your treatment cost and not a cent more.

However, if you miss a scheduled payment, and don’t process a payment before midnight on the day it is due, ZIP will charge an $8 default fee and a further $8 for every week that payment is outstanding so make sure you have money in your account in advance of your payments coming out.

ZIP will email you in advance every time as a reminder.

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR ZIP?

When you apply for ZIP you will need a form of photo identification such as a driver's license or New Zealand passport. You will also need a New Zealand debit card or credit card.
